🔺Malai Chicken Biryani🔻
1kg chicken
750gm basmati rice
Tamarind 250 gm
Cucumber cut round in shape
Chilly sliced
Shahi zeera
Onion 4 big size
Malai chicken biryani masala
I used Shaan masala

Preparation method:

Marinate the chicken with biryani masala ginger garlic paste salt shahi zeera, chilly paste for 2-3 hrs.cut onions normally and fry it before it becomes golden Color.
Deep fry the marinated chicken.
Extra mixture add with onions and also add ginger garlic paste ,chilly paste ,shahi zeera remaining half biryani masala and tamarind pulp(thick) and saute it.Afterwards add deep fry chicken.
Boiled rice divided into 2 parts. One is light yellow and second is light green.first layer is green color rice second layer is chicken gravy third layer is yellow color rice.fry cucumber and chilly , garnish with it...
