Shawarma rice 

Shawarma rice

For chicken

300 gm chicken
2 tbsp curd
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp gg past
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Turmeric
Marinate chicken in above ingredient for 2 hrs put in skewers n grill on a pan


For rice


1/4 kg rice soaked for 1/2 hr
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp butter
Onion 1 small
1 tbsp gg paste
Black pepper crushed1 tsp
Turmeric
1 stick cinnamon
2-3 cloves
Cinnamon powder
Salt
Spring onion
Chicken stock
Preparation:
Heat oil ,butter and fry onions till transparent .
Add ginger-garlic paste then add all powder masala.
 2-3 green chilies chopped and fry for a min then add chicken stock boil it.
add rice and cook till done after putting off flame add spring onions

Shawarma sauce ingredients:


1/2 cup curd
1tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt .

Preparation:


In a platter put a layer of rice garnish with cabbage,tomato slice, French fries,keep chicken sticks and drizzle shawarma sauce and serve hot........
