Pocket chicken
Ingredients: to make pocket
Bread- one packetegg- 5 to 6 nos
Bread crumbscrumbs- 250 gms
Ingredients: for filling
Chicken boneless shredded- 500gmsCarrot- 1 nos
capsicum - 1 nos
cabbage -(if required)
Oil- 2 to 3 tsp
butter
Garam masala- 1 tsp
pepper powder -3 tsp
salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
jeera powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
chilli garlic sauce -1 tbsp
mayonnise - as required
Preparation: to make pocket
now take a slice of bread with the help of some lid cut it round in shape as shown in figure. just flatten the bread slices.dip in the beaten egg and bread crumbs.deep fry it.
Preparation of chicken filling:
In a pan cook chicken with turmeric powder,jeera powder,coriander powder,salt to taste and Garam masala.
In a separate pan take butter and oil saute carrot,capsicum,cabbage nicely add pepper powder,salt to taste mix well now switch off the flame .add chicken and mayonnaise.let cool our filling is ready.now cut the fried round bread slice in between and fill the chicken filling in it. Pocket chicken are ready to serve!!!!!!.
