FISH FINGERS RECIPE

Ingredients for Fish Fingers Recipe.


👉🏼Fish – 250 gm (boneless)
👉🏼Worcestershire sauce – 1 tea spoon
👉🏼Salt – to taste
👉🏼Maida – 1 cup
👉🏼Egg white – 2
👉🏼Bread powder – 1/2 cup
👉🏼Popcorn – 1/2 cup
👉🏼Oil – as required
👉🏼Lemon – 1


METHOD

👉🏼★ Grind popcorn in mixer in to powder. Mix popcorn powder in bread powder.

👉🏼★ Cut the boneless fish as long as the finger. Add lemon juice, salt, sauce and mix. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

👉🏼★ Put maida in a plate. Beat egg separate egg white and whip it. Put popcorn bread powder mixture in a plate.

👉🏼★ Wrap fish piece in maida mixture, dip in egg white and again wrap in popcorn bread powder mixture and put in a plate. Prepare all like this and put them in a plate.


👉🏼★ Heat oil in pan. Fry fish pieces in hot oil and keep them aside. Tasty Fish Fingers are ready.

Note- Worcestershire sauce  is a british origin sauce specially for fish... U wil get it in super markets in sha Allah
