DAHI LASOONI TIKKA

Dahi lasooni tikka

 Ingredients:


  • Chicken pieces- 500 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper – 1 ½  tsp
  • Hung curd(thick curd without water)-  250 gms
  • Oregano- 1 tsp
  • Fine chopped fresh coriander leaves

sauce ingredient:

  • Butter – as required
  • Garlic cloves chopped-  8to10 nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano- 1 tsp
  • Fresh cream- 5 to 8 tbsp
  • Amul cheese- 1 slices

Preparation:

First marinate the chicken with the Salt, Pepper, Hung curd, Oregano and Fine chopped fresh coriander leaves. Let it get marinated 5-6 hours.
Now add the melted butter to the marinated chicken and grill it.

To make serving sauce:

Take the butter in the pan add nice amount of finely chopped garlic cloves and saute well
Now add salt ,oregano ,fresh cream and one slice of amul cheese . stir well the mixture and of the flame.
Now assemble the tikka in the serving plate and pour the sauce over it garnish it with the coriander leaves and serve hot.
[ Note: don’t make the sauce very liquid …..keep it thick and it tastes heavenly]……
