BOMBAY CRUSH FALOODA

INGREDIENTS:

BOMBAY CRUSH FALOODA

  • Milk- 1/2 litre
  • rose syrup (as required to sweeten and decorate)
  • tukmuria seeds(falooda seeds)soaked in boiling water - 4 to 5 tsp.
  • vanilla ice cream - 1/2  litre
  • nestle dessert cream(milkmaid) - small tin
  • fresh cream - as required
  • pre made ghas jelly- 1 packet
  •  thick vermacilli- cooked in water

PREPARATION:

To make yummy and one of the famous dessert (i.e) Bombay crush falooda , leave the milk in freezer to really get cold and slushy.
now in the liquidizer or blender blend the milk , cream, milkmaid and rose syrup.
now to serve first add grated jelly in the bottom , vermicelli, faloooda seeds,dry fruits, mixture of milk ,cream ,milkmaid and rose syrup.
on the top add some vanilla ice cream and decorate with some dry fruits and some rose syrup.
[ we can also use fresh fruits too]
Bombay crush falooda is ready serve cold..
