JALAPENO CHEESY POPPERS

jalapeno cheesy  poppers

INGREDIENTS

  • JALAPENOS / ACHAARI MIRCHI-400 gms(approx 36 pcs)
  • boneless chicken -200gms
  • processed chedder cheese -5 slices
  • soya sauce-1 tbsp
  • black pepper powder-1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • jeera powder-1 tsp
  • garam masala-1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  • ajinomotto- 1/4tsp
  • maida-4 tbsp
  • eggs-2
  • salt to taste
  • fine bread crumbs

PREPARATION:

To make delicious jalapenos cut the boneless chicken into thin stripes and then marinate it with ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, black pepper powder, jeera powder,coriander powder, garam masala,ajino motto . Let it get marinated for an hour.
wash jalapenos and dry it .slit and deseed them( seed should be removed completely) it looks like hollow inside.
now take one jalapeno open the slit and fill it with the marinated chicken strips and with the thin stripes of chedder cheese . fill all the jalapenos and keep aside.
Prepare a thick batter by mixing of eggs , maida ,season of salt and pepper.
now dip the filled jalapenos in the thick batter and roll in the bread crumbs. Then deep fry in the hot oil ..

yummy!!!!! jalapeno are ready to serve with sauce..
