Cucumber juice

Cucumber is one of the most nutritious fruits. Drinking cucumber juice regularly will greatly benefit the body as it contains many vitamins and minerals.  It helps regulate the PH of the blood and neutralizes acidity.  It acts like a diuretic and helps to remove waste by the way of urine and may also help with kidney stones. It is a juice that can regulate body temperature in hot weather and this makes it useful during times when the body is feverish. It may also be useful where there is inflammation of the joints as it helps to counter uric acid in the body, this could be helpful with gout, arthritis, rheumatism and asthma.
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1
Lemon  1
Mint leaves 3-4
Sugar 2-3
water 1cup
